When you join the Lady Bulls, you are guaranteed:

Expert Instruction: Our coaches follow the USA Basketball Player Development Model, which focuses on age-appropriate skills. We don't "over-train" or burn out young athletes; we build them the right way.
A Culture of Safety: Every lead coach is Gold Licensed, meaning they have passed rigorous background screenings and are SafeSport trained. Your daughter’s physical and emotional safety is our #1 priority.
Character over Everything: USA Basketball standards emphasize sportsmanship and life skills. We aren't just teaching a crossover; we are teaching the resilience and integrity required to wear a championship-caliber jersey.

The Curriculum:

We follow the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. Our practices are 70% skill-building and 30% competition, ensuring every player masters the fundamentals in a low-stress, "fun-first" environment.
